Terms of Service

1. Service Description

FightLite AI provides profile audits, improvement recommendations, review-management tools, location-specific review QR materials, and reporting where available. Reply drafts, profile updates, posts, monitoring and reports depend on the selected plan, working integrations, account access, and your specific authorization. Google Business Profile itself is available at no charge from Google; FightLite charges for its separate management service.

2. Subscription and Payment

Subscription fees are charged monthly in advance. Prices are listed in USD and Vietnamese Dong (VND) on our pricing page. Payment is due within 7 days of invoice. Late payments may result in suspension of the service.

To cancel your subscription, you must provide 30 days written notice in writing. There are no cancellation penalties or lock-in fees.

3. Acceptable Use

By using our service, you agree that you will not:

• Review gate — selectively direct only satisfied customers to leave reviews while discouraging or filtering negative feedback. This violates Google's review policies and our terms.
• Incentivise reviews — offer discounts, gifts, or any other incentive in exchange for a Google review. This is prohibited by Google's policies.
• Use the service to post false, misleading, or defamatory content on any platform.
• Share your GBP Owner credentials with us. We require Manager access only.

4. Google Business Profile Access

You retain ownership or co-ownership of your Google Business Profile and decide whether FightLite AI may access it. Our standard workflow requests Manager-level access only, for the services and actions you specifically authorize. OAuth connection alone does not authorize us to publish or make changes. You may remove our access through Google account settings.

Separately from subscription billing cancellation, you can request that we stop managing your Business Profile and disassociate it from our service at any time. We will provide a way to regain exclusive control within seven business days of your request.

5. Limitation of Liability

We commit to the audit, recommendations, tools, and support included in your selected plan. Complete and accurate information, helpful replies, and genuine customer feedback can make your profile more useful to customers and may support its relevance to local searches. Google controls search placement, which also depends on factors such as the searcher’s location and your business’s prominence. We do not guarantee rankings, profile views, calls, sales, review counts, or ratings.

Our total liability to you in connection with the service shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.

6. Intellectual Property

AI-generated review replies are created on your behalf and become your content upon posting. FightLite AI retains ownership of its platform, software, and proprietary AI systems.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Danang City, Vietnam.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by email at least 14 days before any material change takes effect. Continued use of the service after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
